Composition of The Board of Trustees
 | Somolu, Olatokunbo ArinolaShe holds a Ph.D in Civil Engineering (University of Lagos) and a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from the same University. Her work life spans over three decades. She has worked both as a Lecturer and Consultant. She was a Senior Lecturer at Yaba College of Technology. She has several honours and awards to her credit. A fellow and member of several professional bodies, she is the current Group General Manager (Engineering and Technology Division) of the NNPC. She has the necessary background, experience and maturity to effectively run with the support of six other professionals. |
 | Wakil, Habiba Ammah She is a seasoned lawyer of almost 30 years of experience. The General Manager, Nigerian Content with the Petroleum Technology Development Fund(PTDF) and a member of the National Institute. She has an impeccable track record in service to the Government at both state and national level. A former Honorable Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Borno State. She has various law qualifications including L.L.B. (Hons), B.L.Law,. and L.L.M. (Criminal Justice) New York. Habiba is a strong promoter of Justice, National pride and Youth Empowerment. Her strong character, integrity and purposeful nature will be brought to bear in charting a national approach to solving the problem of Oil and Gas skills shortage. |
 | Yaroe, Binos Dauda He is an Accountant by training and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He holds a B.Sc. degree in accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and an MBA in Banking & Finance from the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus. He is widely travelled and highly experienced. He has worked in a private practice accounting firm, in higher educational institution and in the Oil & Gas industry with the NNPC. He was at various times Chief Accountant and Finance Controller in NETCO, a subsidiary of NNPC. He also once worked with OPEC in Vienna Austria. He is currently a General Manager with The Nigerian Stock Exchange in Lagos. His varied work experiences will be brought to bear on the operations of the Institute herein proposed. |
 | Yakubu, Andrew Laah He is a graduate of Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria. He is a gentleman in his early fifties. His working life spans over three decades. He was at one time the Executive Director (NETCO) in charge of operations. He has several awards for performance and excellence. He is an achiever of repute. He has vast experience in the Upstream of the Oil and Gas Industry with special interest in Gas Utilisation and optimization. A former Manager in NNPC-NAPIM he will bring to bear his experience in investment management, transparency and due process. He is currently the General Manager (Technical Services) NNPC. |
 | Nwapa Ernest He is a world class Civil/Structural Engineer of repute with over twenty years experience. Engaged in NNPC, as the General Manager Capacity Development. He is an astute promoter of Nigerian Content and capacity development for Nigerian youths. Engr. Nwapa is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and COREN. He has made various presentations on human resource development in the Nigerian Oil and Gas industry both locally and abroad and has a good understanding of how Nigeria must evolve to take up its rightful position as the hub of Oil and Gas activities in the Gulf of Guinea. |
 | Omoile, Anita Joy She holds a B.Sc., MILR (Master in Industrial & Labour Relations) with 10 years post NYSC experience. She is an Engineering Marketing Consultant and currently serves as the VP – Sub Sahara Africa (Foster Wheeler International). Foster Wheeler is world-class engineering, construction and project management contractor. She is a Board Member of American Business Council (Nigeria) (ABC), Oil & Gas Design Engineers of Nigeria (OGDEN), Foster Wheeler (Nigeria) Limited (FWNL) and a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) USA. |
 | Amao, Adenike Ibilola She holds a Ph.D degree from Bradford University, UK and a first class B.Sc degree (Civil and Structural Engineering) of the University of London, UK. An engineer, with over twenty years of working experience, a former Associate lecturer at University of Lagos, she consults for Lonadek Oil and Gas Consultants, which she founded in September 1991. Dr. Amao is a highly respected professional in her early forties, full of energy, vision and foresight backed with sound educational qualifications and practical experience. She has several awards and prizes to her credit. Dr. Amao established the Association of Oil and Gas Design Engineers of Nigeria (OGDEN) in 2003; commenced the “Job Creation through Partnering Initiative” for the PTDF 2004, and the Vision 2020: Youth Empowerment and Restoration Initiative in 2006. |
